Authorities of the City of Łuków and the Łuków Commune offer entrepreneurs an attractive investment areas in the Łuków Subzone of Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN.

1. Łuków Subzone in Łazy

Łuków Subzone in Łazy was established on 14 November 2007, on regulation amending regulation of Ministers on the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone (Dz.U. Nr 215, poz. 1587). Originally the area was 27.32 ha. In 2010, due to Council of Ministers regulation amending regulation of Ministers on the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone (Dz. U. Nr. 73, poz. 468), the area has been increased by 3 ha.

Characteristics of the Subzone

Subzone is located in the village of Łazy, outside the built-up area, 3 km from the City of Łuków. Its area is: 27.32 ha, including 1.8725 ha of infrastructure . According to the local zoning plan the area is designed for industry and services. Form of sale of the land is tender.

On the west side the whole width of the area is adjacent to the communal road No. 102771L Łazy - Jeziory, with asphalt surface and width of 5.5 m. The distance from the border of the site to the national road No. 63 Siedlce - Łuków - Radzyń Podlaski is 3 km.

In the years 2009 - 2011, as part of the project entitled "Increasing the investment attractiveness of the Lublin Province by territorial development in the Łuków Subzone of TSEZ EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN" co-financed by the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland 2007-2013, the Commune has built the following infrastructure:
- Water supply network with a total length of 1866 m
- The sewer network with a total length of 1593 m
- Street lighting - the length of the route is 1265 m, cable length - 1415 m
- Fencing - steel panel fence with a total length of 2300 meters
- Internal road length of 849.18 m, width of the roadway surface is 6 m, surface made of concrete blocks with hard shoulders
- Teletechnical duct with length of 1166.5 m and 23 cable manholes
- Storm water drainage network with a total length of 1768 m.

As a result of being co-financed by the PO RPW, the sale of developed land may only be for the purpose of innovative product or process activity.

Within the borders of the Subzone electricity is available at 2000 kW (with the option to increase). Medium pressure gas network is located along the communal road Łazy-Jeziory.

Areas directly adjacent to area of Subzone are lands of agricultural use.

The area is partially built-up. Sandy ground occurs in soil quality class V and VI. Groundwater depth is approx. 1.2 m below the surface. There is no difference in the terrain level. The area is ecologically clean.

2. Łuków Subzone in the City of Łuków

Łuków Subzone in the City of Łuków on Strzelnicza Street and Łapiguz Street was established on 24 July 2012 by Council Regulation amending Regulation of Ministers on the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone (Dz. U. z 2012 r. poz. 917). The Subzone originally consisted of three plots located in the contiguity of the total area of 13.20 ha. In 2014 geodetic subdivision of plots was made for the technical infrastructure, therefore the area includes five plots with a total area of 11.8092 ha. At the moment intended for sale are plots with following numbers: 1256/26 and 1256/29.

Characteristics of the Subzone

Subzone is located on the outskirts of the City of Łuków, in urban areas designed for the implementation and maintenance of production facilities, warehouses and storage facilities.

Distance from the nearest highway (A2 road) is 231 km, from the nearest national road No. 76 it is 0.35 kilometers, the national road No. 63 - 2.80 km. The area (plot no. 1258/3) is directly adjacent to the communal road. Plots No. 1256/17 and 1256/19 are within distance of 0.35 m from the public road, but access is possible via an internal road which is owned by the Treasury and administered by the City of Łuków. At a distance of 1.3 km from the border there is the nearest railway line No. E 26 with Łuków Łapiguz railway station and at a distance of 4.6 km there is the E 2 railway line with Łuków railway station.

The investment area has access to a technical infrastructure. An overhead medium voltage line of 15 kV runs through the Łuków Subzone, which may serve as the basis for power supply of the area. The total power that is obtainable from the current device is 1 MW. In connection with the designed target voltage switchgear construction of 110 / 15kV it can be considered that it will be possible to achieve power up to 12 MW.

In the Łapiguz Street, which is 350 m away from the area, a medium pressure gas pipeline is located with a diameter of 63 mm tube and throughput of 200 m3 / h, which is the basis for the construction of gas connections.

In 2014, as part of the project entitled "Construction of infrastructure in the Łuków Subzone of Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, the City developed the following infrastructure in the terrain:
- PE water supply with Ø160 and length of 1034.5 m, including aboveground hydrants (9 pcs.) and PE terminals with Ø90 (3 pcs.) and total length of 30 m,
- Gravitational sewer network, PVC channel with diameter of 315 and length of 408 m and discharge, PE channel with diameter of 110 and length of 217 m with inspection chambers in gravitational channel with diameter of 1000 (11 pcs.), and inspection chamber on discharge channel with diameter of 1000 (1 pc.) and one sewage pump station,
- Storm water drainage network with a total length of 527 m and cross connections with length of 124.5 m and wells with diameter of 1000 (13 pcs.), catch-pit with diameter of 1800 (1 pc.), coalescing oil water separator (1 pc.),
- LV power cable connection supply of sanitary sewage pumping station (length of 240 m) with control-power supply cabinets for the pumping station and with earthing arrangement,
- Internal access road with a length of 622.2 m and width of 7.0 m, with exits and two squares for turning, paved with sett and with capacity of 100 kN per axle,
- Internal access road lighting - lighting line with length of 638 m, including 21 lanterns.
